Along with continuous advance of our country industrialization process and the use level of coal in many industries,coal resources in underground shallow would be exhausted,then the mine mining depth have to increasing,subsequently,thermal damage phenomenon became increasingly serious.Damage phenomenon not only cause serious damage to the staffs' physical and mental health,but also affect on the safety and efficiency of production,heat pollution problem has become an important problem of coal industry which needs to solve.At present,the domestic and foreign scholars have obtained certain research results of the theory and technology in regarding to mine cooling.On the basis of predecessors' research results,this paper starting from the target that reduce heat dissipating capacity of surrounding rock,to put forward to use mixed with glazed hollow bead,ceramsite concrete instead of traditional ordinary concrete in roadway support in order to achieve the purpose that delay the heat releasing of surrounding rock,lower wind temperature and reduce the load of the cooling with mine machinery.First of all,on the basis of heat transfer theory,this paper analyzed the heat transfer law of surrounding rock and principle of heat insulation materials and the influence factors of the performance of heat insulation,then mainly put forward the methods for calculating the heat release of roadway surrounding rock and supporting structure and calculation formulas of effective thermal conductivity contribution about the influence factors on the material,these analysis provide the basis to further insulation concrete test and theoretical analysis.Through the design of orthogonal test,then using intuitive analysis and variance analysis method to analyze the influence degree of the four factors which include ceramsite dosage,glazed hollow bead dosage,the dosage of fly ash and sand on heat insulation performance of the material,and then obtain a group of mixture ratio with a better heat insulation performance.Then using FLUENT software to make number simulation for the temperature field of a roadway with injection of ordinary concrete and injection of glazed hollow bead,ceramsite concrete,and make a further analysis for comparing the heat insulation performance of insulating materials and common concrete;And referring to the calculation results obtained from numerical simulation to respectively calculate the cooling load of the heat release of surrounding rock of roadway that used mixed with glazed hollow bead,ceramsite concrete and common concrete in roadway support,in order to analyze the effect on the aspect of reducing energy consumption of the material.Based on the above the analysis of the mine roadway insulation material,used mixed with glazed hollow bead,ceramsite concrete in roadway support can really retard heat release of surrounding rock and reduce the energy consumption of mine cooling,in the long run,it will make a great significance for the energy conservation and efficiency of the governance of mine thermal pollution.And it could provide an important reference value for the development of mine cooling technology in the future.
