With the increasing depth of mine mining,the temperature of roadway and excavation surface in deep mine is higher.The high temperature in the mine endangers the health of the underground staff,and at the same time has an impact on the safety and efficiency of coal mining.The high temperature problem has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently in the coal industry.In order to delay the heat release of surrounding rock and reduce the temperature in roadway,the thermal insulation concrete mixed with vitrified beads and ceramsite is put forward in order to solve the problem of high temperature in deep well.The main contents of the study are as follows:(1)Firstly,the heat source of roadway surrounding rock is summarized,the thermal physical parameters of surrounding rock are summarized,and according to the basic knowledge of heat transfer,the heat transfer process of roadway surrounding rock and the formation of heat regulating ring are analyzed.The heat transfer laws of non-thermal insulation structure and thermal insulation structure of roadway are described in detail.(2)The reasonable orthogonal test is designed,and the test block is maintained according to the code,and its density and thermal conductivity are measured during the curing period.The amount of vitrified beads is analyzed comprehensively by intuitionistic analysis method and variance analysis method.The effects of ceramsite content,fly ash content and water-cement ratio on the thermal insulation performance of the material were analyzed,and the optimal mix ratio of the best thermal insulation performance was obtained,and the results were verified by numerical simulation.(3)The roadway model is established,and the roadway temperature of 16 kinds of thermal insulation materials under different thickness heat insulation layer is simulated by FLUENT software.The influence of heat insulation layer thickness and heat insulation material on the temperature in mining roadway is obtained through the simulation results.Based on the above analysis of the thermal insulation material of mine roadway studied in this paper,using vitrified microbead ceramsite concrete as thermal insulation material can play a good role in delaying the heat release of surrounding rock and reducing refrigeration energy consumption.Increasing the thickness of thermal insulation will also reduce the temperature in the roadway to varying degrees.It is of great significance to the energy saving and economy of mine thermal hazard control,and provides an important reference value for the development of mine cooling technology in the future.This paper has 23 figures,20 tables and 68 references.
