Study on the performance and parameters of the torsion of FRP bolt as the subject,based on theoretical analysis,the research of FRP bolt torsional analysis in elastic rock anchorage length of the probe and failure law and bolt,verification and field test of the numerical simulation and analysis,and make a research:1.In the FRP bolt in FRP bolt in coal rock roadway,the torsional performance compared with the traditional screw thread steel bolt is poor,when the failure torque exerted by the ambassador of the anchorage performance,so we need to study on the failure of FRP bolt,FRP bolt rod as ideal condition is based on the hypothesis.The mechanics model is established,and the trend of relationship analysis of torsional moment M and FRP bolt deformation unit axis length of the relative torsional angle ?,and torsional moment between M and FRP bolt deformation unit axis length of the relative torsion angle ?,in the study found that in applying torque to the FRP bolt for 0-45N*m glass steel bolt torsion formula relative torsional moment M and the unit length of axis angle 0:2.according to the mechanical characteristics of bolt,first of all,established the mechanical model of rock bolt,according to the distribution of the displacement model,analyzing the relationship between various displacement,so as to obtain the analytical expressions of the displacement before and after supporting.Then,the various energy relationships of bolting were analyzed before and after treatment,by using the energy conservation principle in the absence of surrounding rock before supporting the release of the total energy in rock bolting is equal to the total amount of energy after all.Eventually,the anchoring length formula is determined,and analyzes the effect factors of the ultimate anchorage length.Because the glass steel anchor bolt compared to the traditional.has many advantages:light weight,easy to cut,no spark,low cost,but in the practical application of FRP bolt anchorage failure phenomenon often occurs,the reason of failure of anchorage and improve the anchor bolting ability is an important subject that needs to be solved urgently in current production practice in.
