Coal industry provides Two-thirds energy supply for the development of China's national economy, which is the traditional pillar industry in our country. But with the continuous mining of coal resources, China's coal mine safety accidents occur frequently, to the state and the people's lives and property security has brought damage. Therefore, the coal mine enterprise construction monitoring system of coal mine safety production necessary using the advanced science and technology, realize the monitoring of the environment and personnel of coal production, in order to improve the management ability of coal mine safety production,reduce the coal mine safety accident rate.This topic according to a coal enterprises in Shanxi province for the re development of the demand for coal mine safety production system, using networking technology, advanced electronic technology, Web GIS technology, RFID technology, network technology and information technology research and development of coal mine safety production supervision and control system more advanced. The system is divided into hardware layer, network layer and application layer. The hardware layer for various types of sensors installed in the mine,the main collection of mine environmental data, equipment control and personnel positioning;the network layer is composed of the wireless network and wired network, between the hardware layer and application layer data exchange to improve network communication channel is safe and reliable; the application layer is the software part of the system, namely the master station the system or the monitoring center, developed by Java EE technology, B/S structure and Oracle 11 g database management system. In the aspect of function, the application layer system is divided into environmental monitoring subsystem, personnel positioning subsystem, equipment management subsystem and system management, all kinds of sensors can collect real-time monitoring data through the four subsystems, and can send control command to a sensor device for remote control at the same time, according to the configuration of the early warning system the rules can be used for early warning of equipment failures, with equipment fault self diagnosis function, the realization of these functions effectively improves the maintainability of the system. In addition, RFID technology, TDOA algorithm is constructed based on personnel positioning scheme in the mine, through the positioning technology combined with Web GIS technology can display vector in the specific location of mine in the mining personnel, strengthen the miningpersonnel safety management.
