The movement of the crystallizer vibration table is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder which fixed on the on both sides of vibration table and its servo valve control system.This article is based on the actual work, in order to guarantee high productivity and product percent of pass in the continuous casting machine, greatly reduce the bonding and breakout accidents, after peripheral hydraulic station design and construction, through the writing of the system hardware design and software program debugging, to design the vibration table offline test system and run the test for the system. This article studies the effect to improve the product quality of casting slab surface quality(mark spacing of vibration,vibration mark depth), factors of the slag consumption, clear the relationship of the surface quality of slab and protection slag consumption with continuous casting process parameters.Through using professional measuring instrument of the vibrating table to test for the offline system, it has meet the production requirements, finally summarizes the design method and promotion.
