The hydraulic vibration system of crystallizer is one of the key techniques of high efficiency continuous casting. Most developed countries have adopted the hydraulic vibration system of crystallizer in continuous casting more than 90%.Beginning of studies about the hydraulic vibration system of crystallizer by domestic steel enterprises is later than others countries and most of equipments used in domestic steel enterprises were imported and in-depth studies about the equipments is relatively less. It has great economic benefit and social benefit to design, apply and maintain this equipment. So, domestic steel enterprises must have the ability to design the machine. Under the circumstance, Some steel academe took on research together with Chongqing University to solve fundamentally the basic design problem for hydraulic vibration system of crystallizer and making idea and principle of the design clear and affording theoretic and technical supports to the domestically produced design of these equipments. This study puts emphasis upon three parts.â‘ Structuring of non-sine wave:Based on requests of the hydraulic vibration system of crystallizer, introduce one new method for structuring non-sine wave and structure some classical non-sine wave with it. It contains easily realizing,simply frequency and satisfying requests.â‘¡Analysis dynamic characteristic of he hydraulic vibration system of crystallizer:On basis of knowing about hydraulic bending roller control system and modeling methodologies and simulation and optimization of hydraulic servo system, modeling and model realization of the hydraulic vibration system of crystallizer. The work of characters analysis the hydraulic vibration system of crystallizer is, to study the structure of the hydraulic vibration system of crystallizer, build mathematic model,take dynamic simulation, to ensure the system smooth-work and quick-response. Effect of main parameters to the system performance is analyzed.â‘¢Research on control strategy:Introduce some control strategy including PID and fuzzy control and research dynamic characteristic effects of the hydraulic vibration system of crystallizer by PID and fuzzy control.The model and program for simulation depending on the applied subject were applied to design and analyze of hydraulic vibration system of crystallizer in some steel academe and got good effect.
