This article in view of the traditional ball screw nut processing are analyzed and the research present situation and the process,designed a nut SMK composite grinding machining center-204-internal thread grinding machining center.In order to improve the work efficiency,this paper in the process of research,mainly in the following work:Through literature research and market research and status quo of the present status of the ball nut processing equipment and technology is analyzed,compared,design is put forward in this paper,the necessity and feasibility of machining center;Followed by the overall structure of machining center is analyzed,the mechanical transmission principle of machining center,electric control principle of in-depth research;Put forward a kind of based on the theory of object-oriented design,and its design method is clear;Finished the processing center design of the overall structure,machining center main technical parameters,design of main system,including the friction pair analysis of lubrication system and device selection,the design of the hydraulic system,servo system design,etc.;Completed the design of PLC control system;Finally has carried on the analysis,an application example on machining center from workpiece clamping to machining,cutting tool replacement and cooling machine tool has carried on the detailed research and analysis;Daily and regular maintenance and matters needing attention for the machining center are clear,and application,through an example of common fault are summarized,put forward the corresponding solutions.
