This design will be based on the 100000 tons high-speed production line design of bottled purified water,and introduce the relevant quality requirements about the infrastructure and supporting facilities,cap and perform system,water treatment,blow-fill-cap block and packaging.Then the design will analyze the practical problem that dewing productions lead to damp cartons due to the large temperature difference between the product and the external environment.We will analyze the reality temperature of environment and raw water to design out 3×31 BR0.3 plate heat exchanger and make advances in the equipment and technology of water treatment system so as to eliminate quality hidden problems.Finally,this design will seriously analyze the key food safety parameters of bottled purified water-acetaldehyde content and ozone content,because most of the domestic bottled water companies are paying a little attention to the acetaldehyde content and the bromate caused by ozone and merely content with annual testing of the third party in line with the national standard requirements.No going far enough,some foreign high-end products have currently been applied for glass containers or no-ozone technology,so this design will scientifically analysis and control of the two indicators in order to reduce the influence of the product quality and conforms to the trend of the industry : To confirm key process parameters and standards for formally production.The design will detect the acetaldehyde content from Polyethylene terephthalate raw materials processed into plastic bottles for actual monitoring and analysis and inspect ozone concentration and sterilization effect for actual monitoring and analysis.In conclusion,the design will figure out the key parameters(drying time and temperature,barrel temperature,back pressure,ozone concentration and so on)to control in reality.
