Pills of different manufacturers have different size,different performance,different requirements for different specifications of the pill bottles production still need special packaging machinery and equipment and auxiliary equipment,makes the pill bottles of production automation,intellectualization and informationization level is low,the reliability of bottled production also needs to be further improved under the condition of mechanization,automation,intelligence and information packaging production trend.Aiming at the problems of quantitative uncertainty,directional feeding bottles and caps inaccuracy and caps discomfort in automated bottled packaging of ball pills with a particle size of 8mm,the key institutions conduct was researched.The production efficiency and equipment operation reliability will be improved,and the cost of production will be reduced.The main research is showed as follow:(1)The background significance of the research and the research status and development trend of packaging machinery at home and abroad were analysed.In particular,the research status of pharmaceutical packaging machinery was analyzed,and the shortcomings of existing packaging machinery equipment and the necessity of carrying out this research were summarized.(2)The corresponding key institutions scheme was designed based on the analysis of automatic pill bottles production process requirement and summarizing predecessors in bottles and caps on the directional sequence automatically Cap automatic feeding Cap automatically tighten and pills automatic feeding scheme.The dynamic analysis and calculation of automatic feeding bottle cap and automatic tightening device of bottle cap were carried out respectively.The formula of the Angle of the slope of the hopper and the rotational angular velocity of the hopper were obtained basing on the analysis and calculation of the force of the medicine bottle in the storage hopper of the slope rotary table.The expressions of the electromagnet travel and the pulse frequency of the vibrating feeding process were obtained through the analysis of the force and motion of the bottle cap during the feeding process of the bottle cap vibrating plate.Finally,the mechanical analysis of the bottle cap automatic tightening device was carried out,and the expression of grasping force on the bottle cap was obtained.(3)The designed automatic feeding bottle and cap and the bottle cap tightening and other key mechanism test model were constructed.The performance was tested and the optimum technology parameters were obtained.Furthermore,the feasibility of the key mechanism was verified.The best inclination Angle of the storage hopper of the disc type medicine bottle is 5°,and the optimum rotary angular velocity is 600rad/s.The vibration frequency of vibration bottle cap is 10 Hz.The accuracy rate and the completion rate of the pills are 100%,which can ensure the reliable operation of the mechanism.
