The cost of pipe net takes up a large proportion in the investment of oilfield surface construction.So it is of great necessity to optimize the layout and operation parameters of oilfield pipe net.Although the layout and the process calculation are very complex,the advantage of investment saving of tree pipe net has made it quite important to do research on tree pipe net optimization algorithms.In this paper,optimization algorithms were researched based on the features of tree pipe net.And a pipe net optimization software had been developed.In areas of undulating terrain,the variation in elevation brings great influence to pipe length,hydraulic,and thermodynamic calculation of gathering pipe net.In order to consider the influence of the variation in elevation,a 3D terrain model was built and used in the pipe length,hydraulic,and thermodynamic calculation of gathering pipe net.Furthermore,the oilfield gathering process was researched and determinded.And the description method was researched and a data structure was built in this paper.In this paper,the multilevel optimization algorithms were reasearched.The strategy and model of multilevel optimization were developed;the optimal groups were divided based on fuzzy clustering algorithm;and the station locations were determined based on weighted average method.The theories of Prim,Kruskal,and Dijkstra algorithm were analysed and used in the development of gathering system optimization software.An analysis of multilevel optimization algorithms was done based on example calculation.In addition,the global optimization algorithm,SPGA,was reasearched in this paper.The strategy was determined and a model was developed based on minimum cost principle and pressure drop check method.The SPGA was improved: the principle of economy and reliability were both taken into consideration;the SPGA was combined by the optimal group method;different genetic opertors and means were used in SPGA;the traditional roulette selection operator was improved;and a method of initial pipeline network was developed to improve the optimization quality and to shorten the calculation time.According to practical calculation,the influencing factors of SPGA were analysedBased on the research above,a tree gathering pipe net optimization software was developed.The best optimization schemes of different algorithms were given;and a contrast of the effect and efficiency of different algorithms was done.
