Mechanized mining system is an important part of the coal mine production system,the monitoring and warning of equipment and environment parameters is of great significance in the coal mine safety production.At present,the monitoring of mechanized mining system generally use virtual instrument software to convey the real-time parameters of equipment and environment,lacking sense of reality,remarkable power and intuitive sense,the operator can not get the perceptual intuition of the situation in the scene.For the problems above,this paper is in order to realize the goal of real-time 3D virtual mechanized mining system monitoring and carries out a series of in-depth study.The following are the main research work of the study.First of all,for the the deficiency of present monitoring system for coal mine,a system architecture of mechanized mining system real-time 3d virtual roaming monitoring is realized,and every system module and the coupling relationship between these modules in the system architecture are designed and accomplished.Secondly,in view of the target of design of 3d virtual mechanized mining system,a dynamic recombine method of aim at the subsystem of the coal mining machine,the scraper conveyer,the conveyer belt,the hydraulic support,etc in mechanized mining system were modeled in three-dimensional,as required,the 3d scene and monitoring system can be dynamic rebuild,and then 3d virtual monitoring system that can meet the dynamic produce changed requirement is constructed.Thirdly,in allusion to the synchronized refresh of running status of production equipment in mechanized mining system and status of mapping target model in 3d virtual system,model action driven,model status refresh,model data driven in 3d model driven and 3d virtual roaming are in-depth studyed,and technological development is completed;go a step further,based on the data communication protocols,the monitoring data is managed in real time and stored persistent,and the system can be realized real-time data display and historical data query.At last,3d virtual monitoring system platform for mechanized mining system were built,key techniques of 3d monitoring method that realized in this paper were experimented comprehensively,the results showed that this system is becoming the mainstream of three-dimensional on-line monitoring system because of its fast response,high stability and precision.
