With the development of recent years,the safety accident rate of coal mine has gradually replaced coal mine capacity as the main factor restricting the development of coal mine.With the rise of virtual reality technology,the application of virtual reality technology to coal mine training and monitoring has become an inevitable trend in order to reduce the occurrence rate of coal mine accidents.But now our country in the research of this field has a way of simulation artistic and lack of the disadvantages of online simulation scheme,more scientific and rigorous expression and online simulation scheme is must be a direction of the research in our country.In this thesis,for the purpose to establish a fully-mechanized unit simulation system which has rigorous truly reduction fully-mechanized unit operation,with remote operation and demonstration functions,having potential to be upgraded to a surveillance system,having goodversatility and stability.Selecting the common PC computer as the development hardware platform,carrying out modeling and motion programming in strict accordance with the actual equipment structure and parameters,choosing C# language as the system development language,taking Unity3 d software as the development software platform,a set of virtual reality remote operation test system of comprehensive mining unit was established.According to the actual measure the size of the group and running data,through CAD modeling,model building,sports programming and the UI design of Unity3 d established a based on the finite state machine model of single machine group simulation system.In order to ensure the rigor and flexibility of the system,we choose to simulate the motion of objects in the system by real-time calculation.In order to ensure the stability and controllability of each moving unit,the finite state machine model is chosen to build the motion model of the device.The system runs smoothly and stably,and the running mode is close to the actual system mode.In the Unity3 d environment,a set of stable and efficient network framework with controller as the center is designed with RPC function as the information transmission mode,including network connection,network synchronization and remote control functions.In order to ensure high stability of the whole system,the authorized server mode is chosento establish network connection.This framework can effectively reduce the amount of data transmission in network synchronization and ensure that the input control commands can run well in various environments.Based on the single machine group of simulation system and network framework design a set of stand-alone systems network solutions,and through the scheme the simulation system of single mechanized mining unit is upgraded to virtual reality remote operation test system of integrated mining unit with functions of network synchronization and remote operation.After practical testing,the system runs well in different hardware and software environments and network environments,and the overall operation is stable and smooth,which can achieve the expected design goals.
