Cellulose diacetate(CDA),a kind of organic cellulose esters which is one of the earliest commercial products among cellulose derivatives,has been widely used in plastics,coatings, membrane separation and textile,etc.Cellulose diacetate filaments have the advantages of bright in color,good gloss and fastness to sunlight while the strength and abrasion resistance are poor. Cellulose diacetate is mainly used for clothing,decoration and industrial textiles in the past.More than 90% of the filters are made of cellulose diacetate because cellulose diacetate can remove about 55%-60% of the cigarette tar and nicotine and also can selectively remove other ingredients like phenol and keep the fragrance meanwhile.At present,the spinning methods of cellulose diacetate mainly include dry,wet and dry wet spinning at home and abroad,all of which are with the participation of solvent, resulting incertain harm to the environment.Also,the spinning speeds of the above spinning methods are slower than the melt spinning.There is no solvent to participate and little damage to the environment during melt spinning,furthermore,the higher spinning speed improves the production efficiency and greatly reduces the cost.In this work,cellulose diacetate is modified by grafting to reduce the melt point in the range of melt spinning.The main grafted materials including caprolactone and anhydride.The results showed that cellulose diacetate modified by grafting had significantly lowered its melting point.The main contents and results of the research are listed as follows.(1)Through the study of the grafting modification of cellulose diacetate,CL,MAH,PA grafted onto cellulose diacetate macromolecular chain,and study cellulose diacetate grafted rate of graft copolymer size under the weight ratio of different,to determine which group weight ratio makes the best grafting reaction.The experimental results show that when the weight ratio of CDA and CL, MAH,PA is 1:1,grafting reaction of CDA is most fully and the weight ratio of CDA,CL,and PA is 1:1,grafting reaction of CDA is most fully too.(2)Using infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum to test the graft copolymer CDA are structural performance,DSC and TG on the thermal performance test, rapid moisture meter rotate rheological test of water content and rheological test to its spinnability.The analysis results show that the MAH,CL,PA were grafted to the cellulose diacetateester macromolecular chain.CDA graft copolymer melting point relative to the CDA declined,but their decomposition temperature.Its water content is larger,so if melt spinning,it must carry on the strict dry and preliminary judgment CDA graft copolymer can melt spinning.Characterization of the modified cellulose diacetate:infrared spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),rotating rheological, DSC and TGA to determine whether caprolactone or benzene anhydride were grafted onto cellulose diacetate macromolecular chain.(3)Introduces the modification of cellulose diacetate in melt spinning,mainly from the spinning equipment,the spinning process and the spinning technological parameters on its spinnability were discussed, the results show that the CDA- g- PA slice spinning performance good, smooth spinning process,the CDA-g-PCL,CDA-g-PCL-g-PA and CDA-g-MAH slice spinning performance is poorer, spinning process more difficult.Through to the CDA-g-PA filament structure and performance test,understand the CDA-g-PA yarn linear density,crystallinity,orientation degree, mechanical properties,boiling water shrinkage and moisture regain,and draft the cable and it is concluded that the sexual relations.
