Coal gasification technology is the core and the source of coal chemical industry.In many coal gasification technology,coal-water slurry gasification technology become mainstream engineering applications because of a single furnace load,syngas yield,adaptability of raw materials research and development and.CWS gasification technology is the key to CWS,CWS gasification technology is a very important part,its performance is directly related to the gasifier stability Due to the different nature of the various coal itself,so the degree of difficulty varies pulp,coal are non-renewable resources,easy pulping high-end coal resources is limited and expensive,so we need to be prepared to widen CWS range of raw materials,we should pulping coal to low-rank coals of lower order.However,the use of low-level coal CWS original traditional process can not be prepared to meet industrial demand,therefore,we need to vigorously develop low-end coal(coal weak sticky,not sticky coal,long flame coal and lignite)new pulping process resolve tensions coal pulp and expensive problem.We will coke brzee that easily pulp slurry and has a high concentration and long-flame coal that hard foam pulp slurry and low concentrations of in accordance with a certain proportion of the ratio of pulping,expanding the range of use of coal at the same time and can increase the concentration of coal-water slurry.First proposed a long-flame coal and coke brzee made from common water slurry into the coal gasification combustion concepts for reducing the cost of raw material coal gasification has important practical significance.This paper not only study the characteristics of long flame coal and coke breeze co pulping,and will be the CWS used in industrial.Topics include:The first part: the slurry properties of coal is affected by many factors,there are: the coal quality characteristics(maximum inherent moisture content,O/C,porosity),the particle size distribution of coal,coal ash,Hastelloy grindability index.The kind of additives.The second part:studying the slurry characteristics of different proportions made of coke brzee and coal.studying the effect of particle size distribution,stirring on time,types of additives,and so the added amount of CWS on coal-water slurry.The results showed that: Coke brezze added greatly improve the long flame coal slurry and can increase the concentration of coal-water slurry,but its stability will deteriorate.Optimal conditions for Coke: coal = 3: 7,stirring time 20 min,the amount of additive to 3 ‰.The third part:will be made of coal-water slurry gasification industrial test performance,using coal gasification technology metrics to judge the performance of coal slurry gasification perfectly formed.Gasification tests showed: coke brezze and long flame coal slurry water system co-gasification indicators than the index alone coal gasification is low,increase the concentration of coal-water slurry,the effective ingredient gas(CO + H2)content increased.
