Petroleum coke is a by-product with extremely high carbon content in the petroleum refining process.As the sulfur content of crude oil continues to increase,the output of high sulfur petroleum coke is increasing.The resulting atmospheric pollution is an urgent issue for us to solve the problem.At present,high-sulfur petroleum coke is mainly used in traditional industries such as combustion and power generation.Due to the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,finding an efficient and clean petroleum coke utilization method is currently expected by many researchers and petrochemical companies.Among them,the use of petroleum coke as the main raw material,and under certain conditions,the production of2 and CO-based clean gases by gasification technology which is one of the effective utilization methods.However,the direct gasification of petroleum coke is more difficult.Through the reasonable application of coal-water slurry gasification technology,by making petroleum coke into a slurry,and adding ultra-enriched plants with current research prospects,it can greatly improve the gas production capacity of petroleum coke,and recycle the ultra-enriched plants to a certain extent.This paper focuses on the basis of the characteristics of petroleum coke pulp gas production,and studies the enhancement of the gas cogeneration capacity of petroleum coke pulp.The research content and results are as follows:?1?Characteristics analysis of petroleum coke gasificationThe tube furnace was used to study the gasification reaction characteristics of petroleum coke at different temperatures,and the kinetic characteristics of petroleum coke under2 atmosphere were analyzed by a thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that the reactivity of petroleum coke increases with temperature.In the tube furnace gasification,the calorific value of gasification jumped significantly at 900°C,indicating that the reactivity of petroleum coke was significantly improved at this time.It was found with the petroleum coke thermogravimetric DTG curve that the gasification reaction of petroleum coke at 1100°C had two Obvious weight loss peaks,the temperatures corresponding to the maximum reaction rates were 512.85°C and1024.85°C,respectively.?2?Co-gasification analysis of petroleum coke and biomassGasification of petroleum coke after pulping has significantly improved its gas production capacity.The use of calcium lignin sulfonate as an additive enables petroleum coke pulp to have better rheological properties.The optimal moisture content is 45wt%.On this basis,the addition of Hyperaccumulators can further improve the gas production capacity of petroleum coke pulp.Compared with ordinary biomass,the Hyperaccumulators co-gas with petroleum coke pulp.The effect of gasification is better.It is presumed that the heavy metals in the Hyperaccumulators play a role,and on the premise of ensuring good fluidity of the slurry,at a tube furnace gasification temperature of 1000°C,adding 10%Hyperaccumulators to petroleum coke The effective combustible gas ratio of slurry gasification increased by 10%.?3?Catalytic gasification characteristics of activated carbon prepared by hyperaccumulatorsActivated carbon prepared from Hyperaccumulators was added to petroleum coke pulp as a catalyst,and the kinetic characteristics of gasification catalysis were analyzed by thermogravimetry.It can be seen that the gasification capacity of petroleum coke pulp after adding activated carbon prepared from Hyperaccumulators Significantly enhanced,as reflected by a decrease in activation energy and a decrease in the temperature corresponding to the maximum gasification rate.After the addition of activated carbon made from Hyperaccumulators,the carbon conversion rate of petroleum coke pulp has significantly increased.The higher the conversion rate;at1100?,the carbon conversion rate of petroleum coke pulp at 30min was 23.24%,and the carbon conversion rate was increased to 35.68 v/v%after adding 10%super-enriched plant activated carbon.The gas production characteristics of coke pulp were studied,and it was found that the gas production quality of petroleum coke pulp was improved after adding activated carbon prepared by 10%Hyperaccumulators,mainly reflected in the increase in CO content,from 12.67v/v%to 22.12 v/v%.
