Yield and quality of yarn is an important indicator of the spinning mill production technology and management level.In recent years,countries around the world are developing a variety of new spinning technology,but the time of new spinning technology development is very short,technology is not mature,many have not yet due to the actual industrial production.Ring spinning technology has been developed over a hundred years,have a good adaptability to the yarn,especially the clear advantage in the production of super fine yarn,and still dominates in the current spinning industry.Currently various manufacturers and universities,research institutes made larger to improve and enhance on the ring spinning machine,It features exhibits machine long,high-speed,large drawing,automation,and intelligent features such as continuous.Nowadays,research dedicated ring-type electric spindle spinning drive technology is becoming very hot.but the superiority of the motor body or not directly affect the quality of the performance of the motor control system.In this paper,we developed a high-speed low-power brushless DC motor to the motor design task book.Methods conventional motor design is based on empirical parameters design engineers calculated the way law,the method developed by the motor design,it's performance requirements of performance greater than the actual deviation.We introduced electrical CAD system based on digital technology.Analysising the structure size and performance parameters of each permanent magnet brushless DC motor and optimize them.This article is also integrated into the phasor method to analysis brushless DC motor's equivalent circuit and get important performance parameter curve.To improve the accuracy of the high-speed brushless DC motor,we introduced MATLAB/Sinmulink model to analysis the dynamic performance of the brushless DC motor,and comparing the performance of the conventional motor to determine the feasibility of the design optimization.In this paper,we using a variety of techniques to verify the motor performance parameters,improve the accuracy of the motor development,with the help of digital technology greatly reducing the permanent magnet brushless DC motor development time.
