The knowledge of monitor technology, sensor technology, monitor and control network technology, automation control technology, computer application technology, information treatment technology etc. are synthesized in this thesis. A general research on supervisory control system for long-range-transport originating station of Ke Ke-Ya is studied. In the thesis, the design method and design processes step by step is described in detail, so, the hardware system has been deployed successfully, and software system has been developed triumphantly , and applied in pump station.Both advantage and disadvantage of DCS and FCS are discussed in this paper. The feasibility scheme of distributed supervisory control system applied for Ke Ke-Ya is analyzed, and frequency control theory and energy conservation theory is emphasized.Hardware configuration of DCS is introduced in detail, and it includes communication network, I/O cards and units of field. After analyzing process flow, project design of control system is emphasized in this thesis and it includes three subsystem which are fluid level control subsystem, cooling control subsystem, monitor subsystem and frequency control subsystem.According to methods and theories of software engineering and ideas of object and component and interface, functions of system software are analyzed clearly in this thesis. At the same time, function implementation and configuration process, including design and deployment of top management window and user window and equipment window and operation strategy and real-time database, are introduced as an important part in this paper. Meanwhile, supervisory control system is expanded to network, and distributed network supervisory control system is designed in this paper.Finally, development foreground of hardware and software of DCS is discussed, and some advices are given to software writer.The system fits the requirement of the production perfectly, and modernize management operation of pump station, and will make long-range centralized monitoring of operation of pump stations in whole oil fields come true by internet network technology, and will create various direct and indirect benefits of society and economy for pump station.
