In our country,the major oil reservoirs has entered the high water-cut stage,the water content in well liquid is widely over 90%.At present,daqing oil field composite water cut reached 92.5%.Lifting costs are too high for the increasing water constantly.Oil well production has close to even reach the economic limit.When water of producing wells are 98%and more,the producing well does not have the economic exploitation value,it should be closed,that will affect the oil yield production.The ground engineering renovation is increasing as the oil processing volume increased year by year.The liquid-oil ratio increasing lead to the equipment's system back pressure is high,its gathering and transferring efficiency is lower.A large number of output after long-term water cycle,which leads to the gathering system energy consumption increase.Therefore,how to reduce the produced water to achieve high water-cut well economic development,how to reduce the water injection to reduce energy consumption of oil and gas gathering,that has become one of the key issues in improving economic efficiency of oil field.Injection-production in same well technology is one of the effective ways to solve the above problems.Through the research and application of this technology,the system of the existing oil lifting is improved and combining with oil-water separation technology.The separated water is injected into the implanted layer directly when the output liquid is separated for oil-water separation in the well,so oil-water mixture that has higher oil is lifted to the ground,which realizes the synchronization between water injection and oil production.The implementation of this technology,on the one hand,it can effectively alleviate the subsequent water treatment pressure,and control fluid production effectively by reducing oil well produced water in production wells to achieve economic and effective mining,when water-cut conditions has achieved high about 98%,prolonging the oilfield development cycle and enhancing oil recovery;On the other hand,auxiliary water injection,reduce the ground water injection rate,reduce the transportation construction scale and number of surface oil and gas,reduce the ground equipment energy consumption level and the cost of water treatment.At the same time,it also can increase the water layer and water injection well,providing favorable conditions for the relation between perfect injections.Through the research and application of the same wells injection-production technology,the efficiency of down whole oil-water separation is improved by researching and developing the injection and production wells matching process system.It has important significance for improving the implementation of the sustainable development of oilfield and oil recovery.
