Single-well water injection boosting is based on some low-permeability reservoirs and scattered high-pressure under-injection wells.It is necessary to use a booster water injection pump to conduct secondary boosting of the water from the water injection pipe network to meet the actual increase of the water injection well.Note requirements.Combined with the application status of the booster water injection pump,this paper designs a single well water injection booster screw pump device,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Extensively consult Chinese and foreign literature analyze and summarize the development status of domestic and foreign booster injection pump installations and the application of screw pumps,and determine the research content and methods of the designed screw pumps.(2)Through the analysis of the existing problems of the single-well booster water injection pump,the design idea of the booster water injection screw pump is proposed,the overall structural scheme and working form of the pump are given,and The design calculation,selection and performance analysis of key components such as shafts and bearings were carried out,and the overall installation and arrangement of the pump was determined.(3)Through theoretical research on the common profile of the screw rotor of the screw pump,the design of the profile of the end surface of the screw rotor,the parameter equation and the conjugate curve equation of each curve of the new line are derived,and the threedimensional screw model is established.The geometric characteristics of the screw,including the spiral surface equation,the length of the contact line of the screw,the area and volume between the teeth,the flow area,the leakage triangle and the sealing performance and pressure distribution.(4)The finite element analysis software was used to perform static analysis and modal analysis on the screw rotor of the core component of the screw pump.The stress and strain of the screw under certain working conditions were obtained,and the safe and normal operation of the pump was determined.Based on the analysis of the steady-state temperature field of the screw rotor,the thermal-mechanical coupling method is used to solve the thermal deformation and stress-strain of the rotor,and the force deformation,thermal deformation and comprehensive deformation of the screw rotor in all directions are obtained.The size of the gap affected by the deformation of the rotor is analyzed,and the results of the finite element analysis of the rotor are combined to realize a reasonable design of the space between the rotor and the rotor and the body and the comparative analysis of the deformation results.
