In recent years, the development of progressing cavity pump oil recovery has developed rapidly.Progressing cavity pump has the advantages of less investment,a simpler structure, easier to operate,energy-efficient and excellent applicability. The application of the scale of progressing cavity pump has expanded each year, the Daqing Oilfield has used over 8300 wells in the current. But with the development of progressing cavity pump oil recovery, the problems of wearing of rod and tubing are becoming more and more prominent.Thses problems have but only become the most important reason of maintenance operation of progressing cavity pump, not also affected the investment cost of progressing cavity pump. The control of wearing of rod and tubing on progressing cavity pump wells has become a problem that calls for immediate solution. Therefore, cause analysis of wearing of rod and tubing on progressing cavity pump wells and how to take measures have important practical significance. This paper carrys out mechanical analysis of rod string be completed by using the method of transient dynamics finite element. This paper obtains force and deformation of sucker rod string within the tubing and determines the influencing relationship of parameters of eccentricity?speedsubmergence and rod and tubing wear problems, and therefore proposes abrasion-proof measures. The subject of research has integrated closely with engineering practice. And the assessment of abrasion-proof effect of choice of the centralizer?tubing anchor?anti-dropout centering device. It has a high practical value and provides technical support for the development in oilfield.
