Currently, with the crude oil reserves dwindling, the kinds of oil Wells began to increase,working condition more complex, so the progressing cavity pump oil production with itsunique advantage, gradually become an important way of lifting in oil field, its application isobviously on a rising trend. But the condition of progressing cavity pump ‘s short service life,severely restricts the promotion and popularization of using progressing cavity pumptechnology. And the failure of progressing cavity pump is mainly showing on the screw andbushing wearng failure, therefore, depth study of screwscrew and bushing ‘s wear failure, andselected the structural parameters optimum, in order to prolong the service life of progressingcavity pump,and plays an important role on ensure smooth production of oil field science.Based on the Da Qing oil field widely used GLB120-27type oil extraction use singlehead single progressing cavity pump as the research object, the paper using the3D modelingsoftware SolidWorks to establish the assemble model. Then using COSMOS Motionmovement simulation software kinematics simulation anasys the relative sliding speedbetween the screw and bushing, obtained the relative sliding speed distribution rule betweenthe screw and bushing. Finally imported the assembly model into finite element analysissoftware ANSYS. Analyze and calculate the contact pressure between the rotor andstator,then obtained contact pressure distribution.On the basis of research above, simulate the single progressing cavity pump of wear testwith the actual working condition. In order to meet the test requirements,adjusting theexisting transformation MPX—2000type friction and wear testing machine, usingVFD022M43B type frequency converter to realize infinitely variable speed spindle, use ofring plate form grinding, carried out wear test on oil-water and the oil-water-sand mediumrespectively, obtain the friction coefficient between screw-bushing, and the stator bushingwear volume and wear rate of rubber as the change of the normal load and slidingspeed,understanding the system of progressing cavity pump stator bushing wear failurecharacteristics systematic.Finally,the paper optimally study The initial amount of interference δ of the screw andbushing,initial eccentric distancestator e between the rotor and the stator and the lead T,obtain the new basic structural parameters initial amount of interference δ of0.3,theeccentric distancestator e of9, the stator lead T of106, rotor diameter of38. Also anasysthe new production with contact pressure, by calculating results show that new productionwith a smaller contact pressure compared with the original one.
