In later period of oil field exploitation,with the increasing of inefficient and becoming inefficient oil field blocks as well as the decreasing of the number of well pumping unit at the gathering network,the ground facilities is reducing year by year;resulting in the growth of invalid mixed wather line,mixed wather volume,heat loss,so that the production of energy consumption of unit operating costs continue to rise.Therefore,the original oil gathering system is needed to be transformed,to reduce energy consumption,and enhance economic efficiency.In this paper,as Daqing Pubei region Pu 11#oil transfer station as example,the existing inefficient ground oil gathering system will be optimized and transformed.First,according to the knowledge of thermodynamics,heat transfer,and hydrodynamics,we established thermal and hydraulic calculation models of oil-gas-water three phase flow during high water-cut period in oilfield.With modifying the models related to the test data in field,then gave the right calculation model for oilfield in Pubei region.On the basis of what we have researched,se up the method of calculating power consumption and heat energy consumption of the oil system.Set the lowest costs which include operating costs and renovation costs as objective function,the mathematical models of the optimization and transformation in inefficient ground oil gathering system was established,optimization software is finished by vb computer language.Finally,using of the software and field production data,transform the existing inefficient ground oil gathering system which is double-tube mixed water system into ring oil gathering process and dendritic oil gathering process,the best transformation program was selected respectively,compare the two transformations with existing production data for economic benefits.The results show that:when the existing inefficient ground oil gathering system was transformed into ring oil gathering process,a total of ten years can save about 1.8 million yuan costs by approximately 9.1%;when the existing inefficient ground oil gathering system was transformed into dendritic oil gathering process,a total of ten years can save about 17.5 million yuan costs by approximately 87.6%;and the dendritic oil gathering process is better than the ring oil gathering process.But the d dendritic oil gathering process has some limitations,difficult to promote.
