Hydrogen peroxide decomposition reaction or the reaction between NaNO2/NH4Cl can both give off a lot of heat,the thennochemical reaction had been applied in oil recovery engineering,and achieved certain results.But the thermochemical reaction of the two systems is very severe,difficult to control and unsafe.It is necessary to study the controlling technology of such thermochemical reaction so as to be used safely and effectively.Hydrogen peroxide decomposition reaction is controled by many factors,such as light,temperature,solution pH value,metal ion impurities,etc.The condition of Suppressing the reaction?such as in the storage,transportation and preparation process?are normal temperature?or low temperature?,avoid light.The experiment results show that solution pH value<7.0 is beneficial for the hydrogen peroxide remaining stable under normal temperature,because metal ion impurities influence the solution stability,EDTMP is screened?edta methylene phosphine acids?to as the metal ion stabilizer of the system through the experiment,stable effect of EDTMP is relatively better,the best using concentration is 25mg·L-1.When heat release of rapid hydrogen peroxide decomposition is needed,the reaction need to be caused or catalytic,experiments show that heating can induce the reaction in the absence of the catalyst,initiation temperature is more than 90 ?;alkali catalyst can be used under normal temperature,the concentration of alkali should make pH value of the system reach more than 9.0 at least;transition metal ions catalytic can be used under normal temperature,when the mole ratio is 1:1,the catalytic ability of Fe2+/Fe3+ composite ion is strong relatively.NaNO2/NH4Cl thermochemical reaction system was mainly controlled by temperature and pH value of the solution.Experimental results show that,when the reaction need to be inhibited,the pH value should be controlled within 10.4?7.0 and the temperature should be controlled at less than 70?;When the reaction need to be triggered and promoted,acid can be added to catalyze reaction,the pH value should be controlled within 7.0?4.0;Simple thermal initiation temperature is more than 80 ? in the absence of acid catalysis.By means of physical simulation experiments,the application effect of controlled thermochemistry technology in aquathermolysis exploitation of heavy oil,reservoir de-plugging,oilfield sewage treatment and foam assisted steam thermal recovery was studied.The experimental results show that the technology is feasible.
