Hydrogen peroxide is a kind of green chemical reaction,the decomposition product is water and oxygen,will not cause any pollution to the environment,is currently widely used in chemical industry,papermaking,environmental protection,agricultural waste processing,textile bleaching and other industries,its development and utilization prospects of hydrogen peroxide in the domestic and foreign demand is growing rapidly.In 2016,the total production capacity of hydrogen peroxide in China exceeded 11 million tons / year(27.5%),and most manufacturers used anthraquinone process to produce hydrogen peroxide.The process of producing hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process includes preparation of working fluid,hydrogenation,oxidation,extraction and purification.In the rapid expansion of production capacity,some production problems have been exposed,mainly because of low hydrogen production efficiency and high consumption,and low production capacity of the single unit.The direction of development trend of anthraquinone and research,the focus is to improve the ability of hydrogen peroxide production per unit volume of working fluid,improve the concentration of the extraction product,improve the quality of hydrogen peroxide,reduce product consumption,energy saving and environmental protection.Hubei three ning chemical co.,LTD.Hydrogen peroxide device existing production capacity of 150,000 tons per year device,through the work in the system to adjust,hydrogenated tower structure transformation,the use of grid oxidation tail gas for power generation,such as aromatics oxidation exhaust recycling equipment modification technology.Implement three ning company hydrogen peroxide plant production capacity increased from 150000 tons/year fall 150000 tons/year,the purpose of through oxidation exhaust aromatics recovery plant modification technology has reached the recycling 0.81 t/d more aromatic hydrocarbons,the grid-connected power generation by using oxidation tail gas,320 KWH,played the energy conservation and environmental protection in the true sense of purpose,has good economic value and environmental value.
