Due to the low sandstone connectivity factor on the flat surface,as well as plenty and thin layers on the vertical direction of Dujiatai reservoir of Jin-99 block,the dash coefficient of individual layer reaches 4.8 and heterogeneity is prominent.In addition,major oil/water viscosity ratio and serious water breakthrough result in complex relationship between oil and water.The flooding effect becomes poor year by year and degree of reserve recovery is lower than 25%,so changing the development mode is extremely urgent.Deep profile control and flooding technology can be conducted in this block in order to expand the flooding sweep area,improve input profile and enhance recovery ratio.Then the water cut in the whole block can be controlled to reach the purpose of stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut.The effect of increasing oil production and developing is obvious,which has certain instructional significance to development of similar reservoirs.In this paper,flood development condition of Jin-99 block in recent years is in depth study and evaluation.Deep profile control mechanism can be deeply analyzed through laboratory experiment and document surveys.Utilizing simulation software MSFLOW to simulate 7 well groups in Jin-99 block,it can be discovered that remaining oil concentrate in the southern and central sections of Jin-99 block.Waterflood sweep volume can be enhanced effectively by conducting profile control and flooding technology on the selected injection wells.We evaluate different kinds of profile control agents with laboratory core experiment and other methods,and optimize chemical agents which are appropriate for deep profile control and flooding test on Jin-99 block.Dosage,injection rate and other parameters are devised and optimized to forecast and tracking evaluate effect of the deep profile control.The test results indicate that nanoparticles and weak gel profile control and flooding technologies are tested and verified from the effect of indoor and spot profile control and flooding experiment.The stream path can be effectively blocked off to realize deep profile control,so that water injection sweep volume can be enhanced,which can be popularized and applied in the blocks with flood development.In this paper,deep profile control and flooding technology are conducted in the Jin-99 block to further enhance the effect of water flooding,which ensures the stable production exploitation in this block.Nanoparticles technology is applied to hyperthermic profile control technology in heavy oil wells,which makes good use of effects and provides powerful technical support for deep profile control and flooding technology.Now this technology has formed a finished waterflooding engineering,which provides technical support for the stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut in the late period of flood development.
