The Xiliu 10 block of Huabei oil field have reached the development stage of the high watercut stage which is low oil recovery,high water cut and low producing degree of water flooding.The contradiction between layers is obvious.Using conventional enhanced oil recovery technologies is difficult for the high temperature low permeability reservoir.And these technologies has been systematically researched and widely used in recent years,but it is not effective technical measures.The profile control system mainly exist long-term stability is poor,weak gel strength,sealing performance is weak and so on.This is largely affected the recovery degree of crude oil.Based on investigation of domestic and foreign relevant paper,this paper Analyses and studies the geology and development characteristics of the Xiliu 10 block reservoir by using reservoir prediction and reservoir engineering dynamic analysis method,and summarizes the application of deep profile control and technology flooding in Xiliu 10 Block in the earlier project testing,aiming at "low permeability and high temperature" in Xiliu 10 block.Based on laboratory experiments,we optimized the formulation and performance evaluation of two kinds of profile control and flooding agents for weak gel and nanmicron microspheres.Finally,we optimized the design of gel polymer microsphere combined flooding and adjustment system suitable for Xiliu 10 black: a polymer concentration of 1000mg/L,A agent 800 mg/L,B 800 mg/L gel and micron level microsphere flooding system,and the other one is weak gel system with polymer concentration of 800mg/L,A agent 700 mg/L,B agent 700 mg/L and micron level microsphere flooding.Through optimizing the deep profile control and flooding program,field application test and effect tracking evaluation.The field application evaluation results show that the gel microsphere combined flooding system has achieved available results and benefits;Water cut in the 4 well groups has been reduced from 89.5% to 81.7%,and the cumulative oil increment is 5248 t.Up to now,the effective period is more than 24 months.The effect is better to increase and stabilize the production of the reservoir.At the same time,it can provide reference for the effective development method of the similar reservoir.
