In the oil field development and production process,it will generate a lot of oily sludge,including bottom sludge,construction operations landing oily sludge,and so on.With the development of oil field development and production,oily sludge is increasing.Because the sludge containing sulphide,BTEX,phenols,anthracene,pyrene and other foul-smelling toxic and hazardous substances,as well as crude oil,the environmental pollution is getting worse.This paper first analyzed the physical and chemical characteristics of the oily sludge.It helped to grasp the nature.That can lay the foundation for the processing of the oily sludge and chemicals.According to the single factor experiments of oily sludge determine the initial experimental conditions.Filter out the cleaning agent A063 and demulsifierBC2.Through laboratory experiments,determine the clearing agent A063's appropriate dosage is 1000mg/L,and demulsifierBC2's appropriate dosage is 200mg/L.Adding the two agents at the same time,the effect of the treatment of oily sludge will be better.Secondly,I investigate the influence of several factors,such as mud-water ratio,stirring time,temperature,dosage,and so on.Optimizing the process parameters,and identifying the primary and secondary relationships on various factors by orthogonal test.The experiments show that the greatest impact on the oil content is the dosage.In practical applications,we should give priority to the impact of the dosage.When the mud-water ratio is 1:5,temperature is 65 ?,stirring speed is 60r/min,stirring time is 120min,the centrifugal speed is 3000r/min,centrifuge time is 5min,the dosage of cleaning agent A063 is 1000mg/L,the dosage of demulsifier BC2 is 200 mg/L,oily sludge sample after processing,the oil content decreased from 30%to 0.98%(mass fraction).These process results meet the required discharge standards "Pollution control standard for comprehensive utilization of oilfield oily sludge"(DB23/T 1413-2010).After final treatment,the oil content is less than or equal to 2%.Finally,through the field tests,verify whether the results of laboratory experiments are suitable for field application.Determine the optimal operating parameters of the field of oily sludge treatment process.Considering economic factors,the mud-water ratio was adjusted to 1:4.Oily sludge sample after processing,the oil content decreased from 20.41%to 1.71%(mass fraction).These meet the required discharge standards "Pollution control standard for comprehensive utilization of oilfield oily sludge"(DB23/T 1413-2010).The study of this paper will ensure the joint development of oil field development and environmental protection,enabling the oily sludge produced by the oil field is recovered and processed effectively.Sludge can be processed up to standard before discharge.It can reduce the environmental impact of oily sludge.Treatment of oily sludge in the process,the remaining oil resources can be recycled,to achieve recovery and utilization of resources.
