In recent years,the environmental problems have been received more attention,and the countries make strict environmental laws to limit the sulfur level in fuel oil.In order to adapt the trend of low sulfur content in the oil,it has become an urgent task to do research on desulfurization technology of fuel oil.Compared with the hydrodesulfurization technology,the oxidative desulfurization technology with mild reaction condition,low cost,simple equipment design,save energy and high effieieney has been widely studied in the area of fuel oil.The heteropoly acid with the advantages of "false liquid phase" and multifunction(strong acid,strong oxidation,photoelectrocatalysis,inhibition),has become a common catalyst in oxidative desulfurization reaction.In this experiment,phosphomolybdic acid and self-made cerium phosphomolybdate,lanthanum phosphomolybdate were used as catalysis,hydrogen peroxide was used as oxidant,acetonitrile was used as extraction agent,and the catalytic oxidation method was used to removal sulfur compounds form model oil,gasoline and diesel.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,catalyst contents,oxidant contents and extraction agent contents were investigated in the paper,while discussed the dynamics of fuel oxidation reaction,and the process conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments.The results show phosphomolybdates were the better catalysis than phosphomolybdic acid in ODS.Cerium phosphomolybdate was the catalyst:at the conditions of atmospheric pressure,reaction time 60min,reaction temperature 60?,the amount of catalyst 0.543%,v(H2O2):v(Oil)=1:50,v(CH3CN):v(Oil)=0.4,the desulfurization rates reached 86.19%for gasoline.Lanthanum phosphomolybdate was the catalyst:at the conditions of atmospheric pressure,reaction time 60min,reaction temperature 70 ?,the amount of catalyst 0.468%,v(H2O2):v(Oil)=1:50,v(CH3CN):v(Oil)=0.6,the desulfurization rates reached 83.72%for diesel.
