As a kind of valuable resource, natural gas has been exerted importantly in today when energy sources are on edge. The recovery of light hydrocarbon in natural gas can improve the quality, reduce the dew point of natural gas and decrease the consummations of oil and gas, which can increase the whole economic benefit of the natural gas and the benefit of society. The design of chemical engineering process is not only important for flow design and the production, but also essential for reducing the experiments consuming and avoiding the safety-hidden problems. HYSYS is one of the most extensively applied softwares in chemical simulations nowadays. It is provided with lots of merits, such as instructing operation, powerful functions. HYSYS is an important tool for complex chemical process simulation. Therefore, this paper has been made use of HYSYS to simulate static-state process for certain recovery of hydrocarbon equipments. It has been given primary courses and results, and analyzed some important factors for impacting the ratio of recovery and the consummation of energy. Also, the paper has been simulated dynamic process for low-temperature separator and distillation columns, observed key parameters, such as temperature, press, compositions and liquid level; analyzed the change of those parameters in existed disturb. On the basis of simulation, we have required optimized parameters and praticed it on spot. |
