With the continuous development of the times,mankind has an increasing demand for clean energy.In 2019,domestic natural gas consumption was 3067×108m3,and domestic natural gas consumption in 2020 reached 3240×108m3,an increase of 5.34%.Natural gas imports continue to grow,reaching 1423×108m3in 2020.The C2+content of some imported LNG is relatively high.Therefore,this article attempts to recover C2+,fully considering the characteristics of LNG,and considering the reality of LNG receiving stations,and then study LNG receiving station light hydrocarbon recovery process.This paper investigates the light hydrocarbon recovery process of LNG receiving stations at home and abroad,and understands its development and technological innovation.It can be learned that domestic research focuses on high efficiency and energy saving.At the same time,the principle and method of light hydrocarbon recovery process at LNG receiving station are described,and the physical property calculation equation of LNG is compared and selected.Then use ASPEN HYSYS software to simulate the main process equipment and process flow,and finally determine the optimal parameters through parameter optimization.The optimized separator temperature is-102?,and the number of theoretical plates of the demethanizer is 10,and the deethane is removed.The number of theoretical plates in the tower is 20,and the reflux ratio of the de-ethanizer is 1.8.The production process control technology,product storage,and emergency transportation plan are studied,DCS,instrumentation and control equipment maintenance system(AMS)and other equipment are used to effectively monitor and manage the process system,and it is true that the rectification tower adopts cascade control.Ensure the stability of the pressure at the top of the tower.At the same time,it is determined that the light hydrocarbon recovery product C2 is stored in C2 cryogenic pressure spherical tanks,and LNG is stored in liquefied gas pressure spherical tanks.When a pipeline shutdown accident occurs,C2 is directly sent to the LNG export system by the device and will be vaporized with LNG.For transportation of liquefied petroleum gas,emergency vehicles shall be installed for loading.
