Every link of mine production process will influence the economic benefit of mine,The perforated blasting quality and ore mining efficiency is the extremely obvious Influence factors. Aiming at the problems in the process of blasting optimization scheme is proposed and the research approaches to improve the loading efficiency is a difficult problem of mine workers have been studied and solved urgently, to do this work well, will improve the the important role to improve the production efficiency and economic benefit of the mine.Firstly, by using the Weibull distribution function with the establishment of mathematical model of mine blasting parameters obtained by the simulation of blasting pile shape distribution graph, and compared with the measured blasting pile figure; then change the parameters obtained under different parameters of blasting pile shape map, and provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization of blasting pile shape; then according to the reality of the mine and the combination of theoretical calculation and shotplus design software stack distribution parameters on the effect of blasting optimization, and to evaluate and analysis the effect of blasting pile shape optimization using high-speed photography technology; finally the calculation of truck and shovel truck and shovel under the condition of different ratio of truck and shovel ratio, volume ratio and economic benefit obtained by the queuing method the optimal distribution scheme and the scheme of car electric shovel form of rock pile after optimizing the bucket fill rate and loading time were analyzed, the final conclusion. The main research results are as follows:(1) Simulation study on the stack profile through 28 groups of explosion of 10 mines in the blasting process, validation of the Weibull distribution function can be simulated blast form, is a viable form of rock pile by Blasting simulation; shape simulation of different conditions, combined with the technical parameters of P&H4100XPB type excavator, initially identified step height 18 m, pitch 9m, row spacing of 7.5m parameters under the conditions of the form of rock pile for shovel operating requirements.(2) According to the practical and theoretical calculation and determine the optimization scheme of the step height of 18 m combined with shotplus design software 9m, hole spacing, row spacing 7.5m, triangle hole, decking, V detonation network optimization; shape optimization using blasting effect evaluation of high speed photography, this program shows, the overall effect is more ideal.(3) Using queuing theory method to determine the ratio of the volume ratio of truck and shovel and truck and shovel ratio and economic benefit, the P&H4100XPB with 930 E is better than that of 793 D electric shovel truck truck; the form of Rock Pile Optimization bucket fill rate and loading time are analyzed from the aspects of the comparative study, the results showed: after optimization, blasting pile form can better meet the requirements of the excavator production.The research results show that, the form of rock pile optimization scheme can improve the excavator production capacity, to achieve the expected goal.
