With the development of petroleum industry, crude oil mining strength increase, gradually thin oil in the oil production has been close to saturation, the world demand for crude oil gradually transferred to the development of heavy oil. Heavy oil as an important oil resources in the oil industry, due to the complexity of the composition of its own, making their production difficulty is greatly increased.For heavy oil development difficult conditions, Xinjiang oilfield in recent years, using a kind of oil production in the world's leading SAGD technology pioneer experiments, but still in the process of mining met some unexpected difficulty. Because of SAGD technology reference, making the original crude oil processing technology can't meet the status quo, such as high temperature crude oil demulsifier effluence to demulsification more difficult questions, etc. Developed as a result, heat resistance performance and efficient demulsification of emulsion breaker, for xinjiang heavy oil exploitation is of great significance.Based on bisphenol A and ethylene amines and polyhydric alcohol as raw materials, and on the same starting dose of different number of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide demulsification experiments, the results showed that the preparation of the proportion of optimum synthesis of PAA type demulsifier for: / bisphenol A epoxy propane is 1:100, epoxy propane/epoxy ethane 3:1;The optimal preparation of PS type demulsifier by synthetic ratio for: octadecanol/epoxy propane in 25 0, epoxy propane/epoxy ethane is 3:1.In the process of demulsification, the hydrophilic oil-wet value, acid value and the degree of crosslinking of demulsifier to break emulsion properties have great influence. The experimental results show that: when the demulsifier in propylene oxide dispersion good strong lipophilicity, its hydrophilic oil-wet value is small, after joining crosslinking agent can increase the demulsifier branched degree, increase the molecular weight, improve the demulsification performance, makes the final dehydration rate increases, the demulsification effect is ideal.In this paper, the synthesis of demulsifier also has carried on the end group modification, in order to enhance its demulsification performance, improve the temperature tolerance.For the synthesis of two demulsifiers for orthogonal experiment of heat-resistant, compound with a heat-resistant demulsifier PAS, best ratio of compound with demulsifier for A3B1C2D3, and evaluate its demulsification performance concrete, such as the dosage of PAS(demulsifier concentration), demulsification time, demulsification factors such as temperature, pH value.The experimental results show that the demulsifier PAS can effectively demulsification under the environment of high temperature, when the dosage is 100 mg/L, demulsification temperature is 170 ?, 90 min demulsification time, pH of 5, demulsifier for Xinjiang this demulsification performance best.On synthesis of demulsifiers for thermal stability test, the results show that PAA type demulsifier was below 300 ?, the mass loss is not very obvious, only 5%, when the temperature rise to about 400 ?, demulsifier of PAA quality loss up to 96.78%.Good heat performance of PAA type demulsifier.PS under 300 ?, demulsifier chemical properties is stable, the temperature to 290 ?, the mass loss of 5%, its thermal performance is relatively good.
