In recent years,with the development of automation technology,automatic control technology products gradually replaced the traditional tools in different fields,which is theMian element of improving work efficiency.In the oil field,stratified water injection technology is the main technology to improve oil recovery rates,and measurement instrument in the stratified injection wells is a comprehensive automation products that combined with mechatronics technology,computer control technology,communication technology,sensor technology,precision mechanical transmission technologies and so on.Compared to traditional measurement technology,it combines measurement and regulation as one,which can monitor of real-time information in the wells and adjust the injection flow Simultaneously,greatly reducing the measurement cycle.In this paper,its motion control technology will be researched and analyzed based on the characteristics of the measurement instrument.Based on the actual working conditions of measurement instrument,motion mechanism and control system of the measurement instrument will be in-depth study.First of all,a new structure designment is proposed for major sports —measuring instrument manipulator and double oriented arms.This designment enables measuring instrument manipulator can automatically open,locate and recover;after location it can docking with he plug that is closed and sit in the water plug in the water distribution device,And the injection water flaw can be controled with the valve that controled by amotor.Double oriented arms that controled by a adisc-shaped cam swing,to help the measurement instrument stayed in the central of the column.First of all the three-dimensional models of the two motion bodies are established,and their parameters of the main parts of motion bodies are designed according to the results of static analysis and fluid dynamics analysis.Then to ensure the accuracy of the movement mechanism movement,applying software ADAMS on dynamic simulation of mechanism to verify the rationality and reliability of the design from mechanical characteristics and movement regularity.At last,the motion control system is designed,which applys distributed data acquisition based on RS485 bus motor control.Experimental platform of joint commissioning and sports institutions work is bullt,chose results indicate that the design is stable and reliable,achieving the job requirements.
