As an important strategic resource, oil plays a critical role in every domain of modern life, and the running efficiency of bulk station which faces oil users directly is more and more important. The automation status of bulk station and some technology at use is compared in this paper, the system design feasibility is also analysed, and base on LPC2292 and embedded operation systemμC/OS—Ⅱthe measurement and control instrument of oil automation system is researched and designed. With the principle of high precision, high reliability and high efficiency, the hardware of flux processing module,human-machine interface module, CAN communication module, field environment detection module and pump & valve control module is designed, and based on embedded opetation systemμC/OS—Ⅱthe application software of every module is designed. This system realizes the automation of bulk station, achives demands of precision and security, and improves work efficiency.
