The main purpose of thermal power station in coal chemical projects is to provide different levels of power and heating steams to such users like chemical devices,heat exchange station and sewage treatment.The highest level of superheated steam is generated by the boiler combustion;lower level steams come from turbine extraction and exhaust steam,or comes from temperature and pressure reduction devices.The paper relies on the overall planning and system design of three-phase coal methanol plant project.Optimized the thermal mechanical parts of the original system solution,including plant steam balance,steam turbine and boiler's selection,reduction emission of air pollutants for thermal power plants,important auxiliary equipments' selection,and thermal power station local system optimization.(1)Optimize the steam balance scheme of the whole plant to meet the country's new energy policy,and to enhance system security and stability.(2)According to the optimized steam balance scheme of the whole plant,taking margin of load into account,optimize the capacity of the turbine and boiler.Besides,according to the coal property and coal chemical process in this project,assess the pros and cons of the mature technology of pulverized coal fired boiler and circulating fluidized bed boiler,optimize the selection of boiler form.The optimized capacity of turbine and boiler meets the adaption of the chemical devices' load fluctuations,and the fuel coal adaptability of circulating fluidized bed boiler,guarantee stable operation.(3)Optimize the original solution for emission of air pollutions,which can not meet the new standard GB13223-20011.(4)Optimize the selection of boiler feed water pump group and fan(Forced draft fan and Induced draft fan),to reduce the energy consumption in the thermal power station.(5)Optimize local system of thermal power station,to reduce the investment,make the system more stable,and to recuperate more fluid and heat.In summary,the optimized system solution for thermal power station in coal chemical projects,make the optimized system meet the country's new energy policy and new emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants;make the system more stable and flexible for chemical devices load fluctuation.The stable source of steam guarantees the chemical production and benefit.This article provides a reference for future coal chemical project thermal power station system design.
