| Since the soluble polysilane was found and synthesized,polysiliane has become a new type of polymer material in nealy three decades.Four-coordinated silicon atom is easily prone to σ-σ*transition because of empty 3d orbitals,Si-Si bond in the main chain forms a large extensively σ-delocalized system,which is similar to π-conjugated system.Based on such a special structure,the poly silane has unique photoelectric properties.Compared with linear polysilane,the branched polysilane has more excellent photoelectric properties and which is more easily combine with other matrix.The research of the branched polysilane composite with carbon nanotube,was expected to obtain a new type of conductive polymer material with controllable conductivity and more excellent performance.The main job of this paper is the synthesis of two series of branched polysilanes which are chlorinated then further obtained azide polysilanes.Finally,composite the modified azide polysilanes with carbon nanotube.In this paper,using two difunctional monomers(methylphenyldichlorosilane,dimethyldichlorosilane)and two trifunctional monomers(methyltrichlorosilane,phenyltrichlorosilane)to synthesize branched polysilians by Wurtz condensation reaction.The paper also investigated the influences of solvent,monomer ratio,reaction time and ultrasound on the yield and molar mass distribution of these products.The results showed that the optimum reaction condition:magnetic stirring,toluene used as a solvent,D:T is 3:2,the yield can reach a maximum of 41.65%after reactioning for 8 hours.In the experiments,three methods were taken when the polysilane is chlorinated,balances the advantages and disadvantages of various methods,the results showed that the best method is acide chloride.Then added N2aN3 in the DMF solution of the chlorinated polysilane,reaction for 12 hours.The obtained azide polysilane composite with the carbon nanotube in DCB,get a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound through[3+2]cycloaddition reaction,then characterizated the complexes.Get one kind of composite material that the conductivity is better than polysilane and molding process easier than carbon nanotube. |
