PVC is a kind of important synthetic materials,wildly used in all areas of national production and life.Its usage in various kinds of synthetic materials perched at the second in the global scope.At present,85%of PVC is through the suspension polymerization of production.In the production process of PVC,polymerization is the most obvious effect for the quality of PVC.This thesis mainly discussed how to improve the yield in the suspension polymerization process of PVC.The thesis is on the basis of literature reading and translation,also the actual production of Juhua Co.,LTD or the industry of PVC.Through the technology improvement and formulation optimization,we put forward a series of measures to improve the yield of single kettle.In this thesis,we analyzed the various aspects of the auxiliary production time.Through the reform of polymerization coating system and the improvement process route of polymerization kettle system,we realized the polymerization kettle enclosed operation of feeding,discharging,coating process,shortened the time of feeding and discharging,avoid every open the cover of the replacement of a kettle exhaust operation process.Through the polymerization of warm water into the material and process improvements,we maked incoming begin at once after polymerization control,reduced the time of cold heating and stirring.In this thesis,we analyzed the characteristics of heating in polymerization process,combined with the actual situation of initiator development,used binary compound initiator system,maked the polymerization smoothly and exothermic uniform,shortened the polymerization reaction time.And also we further analysised continuously drip technology of the single and efficient initiator.The initiator of the added amount completely according to actual polymerization kettle heat speed and the polymerization kettle of limited ability to heat reached maximum use,thus shorten the polymerization reaction time at the maximum limit.In this thesis,we analyzed the polymerization formula system,used the multi-composite dispersant system,maked the balance of in scattering ability and gluing ability,reduced water oil ratio,maked the output of single reactor increasing.According to the shrinking volume of PVC reaction process,we put forward the continuous injection process of water in halfway,further reduced water oil ratio,increased heat transfer ability,and improved single kettle production.In this thesis,we analyzed the practical characteristics of polymerization kettle in heat transfer,put forward all or part of the frozen water instead of circulating water with a cold media to remove heat,increased the temperature difference of polymerization kettle between internal and external clip,increased the heat transfer ability of polymerization kettle,so as to achieve the purpose of increasing production.External heat exchanger increase heat transfer area of polymerization kettle,increase the heat transfer ability of polymerization kettle,and also increaseproduction.After the test practice of industrial production use of multi-technology improvement measures,the polymerization reactor temperature control is more stable,the capacity of single kettle increased rapidly,and the production cost is reduced significantly.At the same time,market competitiveness of PVC products is promoted powerfully.
