Chlor-Alkali industry is a kind of high energy consuming industry since we have achieved commercial process. As the growth of the national financial, the production of PVC has increased year by year. As a result, it has been over capacity seriously in recent years. Companies are committed to improve its quality and reduce production cost, thus reducing the production cost and increasing corporate profits to ensure its market share.This article integrates its production technology present situation and development needs of currently used polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which 70m~3 polymerizer chloralkali plant in the production of suspension method. In order to solve the problem of heat transfer in the process of polymerization, increase the strength of production, improve product quality, and reduce production cost, we can make the technology innovation. Through the analysis of the influence factors of polymerization kettle heat transfer capacity, combined with the core of PVC by calcium carbide method to large-scale polymerizer reasonably efficient development, we can put forward to the production process of 70 m~3 polymerizer improvement. We can improve the production capacity per unit volume, mainly through adding kettle condenser to improve heat transfer capability, and shorten the reaction period, and improve the use environment of polymerizer. To raise the use efficiency of tank top condenser and the use cycle, we can improve product yield and quality to the operation of the kettle cap condenser process such as coating kettle, irrigation, water injection process improvements to ensure steady production.Research shows that 70 m~3 polymerizer kettle equipped with top of the condenser is a significant increase in the polymerization kettle ability for the removal of heat. According to the adjustment of process, the operating reactor condenser can be efficient and reasonable. So it ensures the quality of products, improve the production capacity per unit volume and reduce the production cost.
