PVC started industrial production from 1931.As the national economy continues to develop, PVC production increased year by year. It tends to large-scale production plant and automation. However, due to problems caused stick kettle, VC suspension polymerization still intermittent mode of production, currently.At first, this paper analyzes the causes of Suspension poly vinyl chloride production process of sticky kettle, researches the influence of the polymerization reactor materials and Smoothness, form and speed of stirring, raw and auxiliary materials purity and system pH value, the nature and amount of causing agent and dispersing agent, feeding order and temperature rising speed, polymerization formula and process conditions, discusses the theory basis of sticky kettle phenomenon, Closely integrated with practical experience, puts forward six measures including the necessity of polishing key components of the polymerization kettle, strengthening stirring, adding necessary antisticking additives, high molecular antisticking agent, regular cleaning of the jacket and so onThe application of the above technical measures effectively eliminates the bulk sticky kettle on the inner wall and the baffle of the polymer kettle, and reduces the small sticky kettle. The polymerization kettle discharges smoothly. Kettle cleaning cycle extended from 150~200 kettles to 238~250 kettles, and improves the utilization rate of the kettle, the intensity of production is improved by the 10to 15%, reduce the pollution of VCM to the production environment, reduce the consumption of production.
