With the rapid development of China's modern industry, the increasingly serious environmental pollution. Since the electrostatic precipitator dust removal efficiency, low power consumption itself, has become widely used in environmental protection equipment at home and abroad. Along with the increasingly stringent environmental standards, the traditional electrostatic precipitator has been unable to meet the requirements. Power as a core part of the electrostatic precipitator, whose performance on the collection efficiency has a great influence. In this paper, detailed design STM32F407 control system based on high-frequency power control. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the background and the working principle of electrostatic precipitator, dust affecting the efficiency of the main parameters were analyzed; and then analyzing and comparing the advantages of high-frequency power draw based on several common power supply, but also on the power control method performed a preliminary inquiry and select the appropriate method of controlling high-frequency power.Secondly, the focus control part of the power system: IGBT drive control, Control of closed-loop control, spark control and anti-corona phenomena. PFM detail how to generate signals to drive the IGBT module; the output voltage using the incremental PID control to achieve closed-loop control; according to changes in the output voltage, output current, resonant current to detect the occurrence of a spark; spark after treatment is If there is a larger spark immediately switch off and resume output voltage using fold line; elaborated three-optimal spark rate control method; also introduced anti-corona phenomenon and the corresponding control strategy.Finally, the communication part of the electrostatic precipitator power system design by using Modbus TCP protocol, the next crew to do the slave, the host computer as a master inquiry, the next instruction after the return is accepted, the relevant data, complete communications work.
