Bonded NdFe B magnets exhibit many advantages to beused in many fields.However, It is a problem to enterprise in the material costs,that heavy rare earth permanent magnet materials in manufacturing prices volatile recent. Bonded NdFeB permanent magnets of low-cost is manufactured by using abundant resources and cheap La, Ce element right amount substitute Pr, Nd. If cerium and lanthanum, a more abundant rare earth element, is widely applied to the commercial magnets.Not only they can reduce the cost of manufacturing NdFeB permanent magnet materials, but also allows La, Ce rare earth elements can be fully utilized.Firstly, NdFe B magnetic properties was improved by adding Zr and Pr element. The C alloy magnets of La, Ce appropriate amount of replacement elements Pr, Nd have been prepared by vacuum melting. The effects of best quenching speed and crystallization treatment on magnetic properties and microstructure of permanent magnet alloy temperature were studied by means of XRD,DSC and VSM. The main results are showed as below:(1) NdFe B ribbons of containing Zr were successfully prepared by melt quenching method. NdFe B powder magnetic properties was improved by adding Zr and these processes of Annealing, grinding and magnetizing. The powder can achieve performance by crystallization and magnetizing Processes,.=M997kGs r,.=H0610kOe ci,(BH)max.= 9210 MGOe.(2) NdFe B ribbons of containing Pr and Zr were successfully prepared by entirely too fast quenching and subsequent heating crystallization treatment.NdFeB ribbons not only has high magnetic properties, but also has a high anisotropy. It is a foundation for the La,Ce element to replace Pr,Nd that NdFeB ribbons of containing Pr and Zr have high(BH)max about 15.56 MGOe and14.77 MGOe.As the foundation that La, Ce-containing with magnetic properties of:.=M108kGs r, ci.=H029kOe,(BH)max.= 9210 MGOe.(3) NdFeB ribbons of containing La and Ce have good magnetic propertiesby melt quenching method. The study found that NdFe B ribbons optimal quenching speed is 21 m/s and also maintain good magnetic. NdFe B amorphous ribbons were obtained at the speed more than optimal quenching speed. The three quenching speed ribbons were different temperatures crystallization treatment, respectively, to find the process when the ribbons have the best magnetic properties. Research indicates that the magnetic properties of NdFe B ribbons were prepared by the process of 40 m/s quenching speed and 710 ?heat-treatment for 10 min slightly higher the ribbons that were prepared by optimal quenching. Therefore, The better NdFe B ribbons and powder were prepared by appropriately adding La,Ce element and reasonable preparation process.
