The blast furnace gas ash is one of the byproducts of the blast furnace smelting process. At present, some foreign steel companies adopt the landfill treatment, on the other hand, the domestic basically take extraction and separation or return furnace reusing treatment. Among them, the blast furnace gas ash injected into the blast furnace from the tuyer is a potential technology with development. Blast furnace gas ash is rising along with the high speed of gas flow out of blast furnace burden of fine grained, which contains a lot of useful iron and carbon, usually containing 20% ~ 60% Fe, containing 10% ~ 40% C, some alkaline calcium oxide and magnesium oxide, etc. The dense-phase pneumatic conveying gas ash not only can effectively utilize the useful material in the ashes, also can achieve lower coke rate, higher yield, which is good for the purpose of the good furnace condition and stable operation.Because the blast furnace coke is a single material, and the gas ash content and combustion characteristics is different from coke powder, so it is necessary to do some experiments before injection in the blast furnace gas pipe pneumatic conveying characteristics and combustion characteristics of related experimental study. In this paper, it analyzes the gas ash composition, particle size, water content, and density through a variety of precision instruments. In the process of dense phase pneumatic conveying experiment this paper analyzes the fluidization wind, proportion of gas-solid, conveying pipe diameter, valve opening, the differential pressure on the effects of the transport. In the gas ash combustion experiments, this paper analyzes the gas ash ignition and burnout characteristics and differences in different types of coal, and the influence on the blast furnace combustion environment; The numerical simulation of the special working condition reveals that the gas ash under different atmosphere environment is of different combustion characters for later under the oxygen-enriched blast furnace gas ash combustion.In the process of modern industrial production, especially in iron and steel, chemical, metallurgical and other industries, the material conveying technology is widely used. In the lots of transportation modes, high pressure and dense phase pneumatic conveying technology due to its higher transmission efficiency, lower pollution in transfer process, higher economic benefit, etc, is adopted by more and more enterprises.This paper adopts many experimental methods, such as a single variable analysis, multiple sets of data by averaging method, multi-factor coupling analysis, and uses the multi-channel signal data acquisition system for real-time data storage, analysis and processing, overcoming the inaccuracy of subjective factors on the experiment data record. This system accurately records the changes of the parameters in the process of reaction experiment, and save the date for a long time. The formation of the original experimental data can be consulted at any time.
