The Charged Aerosol Lubrication Technology is a new type of lubrication and cooling te-chnology combined with Minimal Quantity Lubrication and Electrostatic spray.The charged droplets have some characteristics of small particle size,atomization uniformity,small surface tension and good adsorption properties,which show excellent processing performance.The commonly used generator device of the minimal quantity lubrication aerosol is intermittently supplied by plunger pump,so the lubricating and cooling of the cutting area during the cutting process is interrupted,which influences the processing quality and service life of the cutter.B-ased on the different power of high voltage electrostatic generator and research of Peristalsis pump supplies liquid,the continuous charged aerosol lubrication integrated device that is suitable for the actual production and processing environment was developed.The influence of th-e output power of the electrostatic generator and the continuity of the aerosol on the milling p erformance was studied.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:1.Three kinds of high voltage electrostatic generator with different output power,compact structure and adapting to the actual production in processing environment are designed.The experimental results show that changing the voltage doubling rectifying circuit,under the same output high voltage electrostatic generator for the different size of current output.2.Based on the continuous feeding of creeping pump and Venturi effect,the charge spray integrated device is designed,the PLC peripheral hardware circuit and control system software was designed by using PLC as the system controller.The user can operate the PLC call data through the touch screen,orderly control the action of each actuator,and realize the function of the charged spray.3.The effect of the output power of the electrostatic generator on the milling performance of the electric mist lubrication is analyzed.Results indicate that using low power electrostatic generator,the milling performance is better under the high electrostatic voltage;using high po wer electrostatic generator,the milling performance is better under the condition of low charge voltage.Providing technical support for the optimization of the parameters of gas atomizatio n lubrication.4.By using the comparative analysis method,the effects of continuous spray lubrication and intermittent spray lubrication were compared.The results show that the tool wear and the surface roughness under intermittent spray lubricationare slightly lower than the continuous spray lubrication.The surface roughness is small and the consistency of the workpiece surface is good.
