Research And Development Of Process Data Management System Of Machine Tool Based On B/S Model

Machine tool is known as its multiple parts and complex process.Process data plays an import role in the process planning,which is the most basic data resource in the whole manufacturing process of machine tool products,and its reasonable management to product quality and improve the economic efficiency is also significant.More and more enterprises realize that the scattered resources have become an obstacle to the management and arrangement,which makes it hard to be reused and shared.To solve the problems of formalize and digitalize manufacturing resource data,process file data and process knowledge data,this article studies the machine tool process planning and established the process data management system.Firstly study the current situation of enterprise resource management and the meaning of process data,then analyzing the storage model of process data and the data sharing model.Combined with characteristics of process resource usage,this article determines to development a process data management system based on B/S model.Secondly,this article use an extension objects model to express parts and process specification information.With this model,case-based reasoning algorithm can retrieve the most similar process instance from database to achieve the reuse of process knowledge.And this article used information entropy based extraction algorithm to extract common technical terms in the process.By clustering algorithm,the process specification is classified by the similarity of parts,then through the association rules algorithm to mine the typical sequence of process.All this information can assist the technology staff to design process,which has an important practice value to improve the level and standardization of enterprise process design.Finally,a part function of the process data management system has been showed.Imitating technology staff the way of using process data management system,it proved that this system meet the needs of data management and sharing.
