The tobacco raw materials warehouse occupies a very important position in tobacco manufacturing enterprise,it is the realization of cigarette package batch management,layout arrangement,emergency feeding,cigarette storage space,the main role is to meet the demand of tobacco cigarette packs.This paper will be based on the raw materials warehouse of a tobacco manufacturing enterprises in the operation of the competitors and the production management experience,through the scheduling method to solve the stacker and the AGV formula of raw materials warehouse in the conveying system of cigarette package backlog problem.The article first stacker and AGV on the raw materials warehouse delivery system operating their warehousing capacity calculation and analysis,find out is due to stacking machine and AGV delivery system is the main equipment in AGV and the stacker efficiency does not match due to the backlog of packets.This article from the warehouse of the overall operation,AGV delivery three aspects of system and operation of stacker to explain why cigarette package backlog,which analyzes the influencing factors of AGV transmission system operation efficiency and improve the operation process;stacking machine mainly analysis the operation form it and stop the single,single operation adjustment for the composite work form,to stop optimization,to adapt to the AGV efficiency of the transport system and reduce the energy loss in operation time;after analyzing the two subsystems,in order scheduling constraints established under stacker and AGV joint scheduling delivery system operation time scheduling model,joint implementation stacker and AGV delivery system,simulation results show the optimization effect.By using eM-Plant simulation software,the simulation analysis of the AGV transportation system and the stack machine joint scheduling operation is carried out.The overall layout of a warehouse based on raw materials,the establishment of virtual three-dimensional warehouse model,dynamic characteristics and static characteristics including warehouse in the main logistics equipment,determine the warehouse operation time and simulation strategy in the simulation clock pushing.In the genetic algorithm in the input data,comparison before and after optimization efficiency and operation time using AGV storage and stacker and storage buffer packets backlog status,to prove the optimization of a formula of raw materialswarehouse is feasible,and can provide theoretical support for the tobacco manufacturing enterprises.
