With the rapid development of science and technology,the automation of warehouse logistics for tobacco companies has become an important part of improving overall competitiveness.Combined with domestic and foreign literature and field application situation and the actual situation of some cigarette factories tobacco product warehouse,In this paper,I have analyzed the warehouse automation management and put forward the design scheme.Firstly,design the tobacco product warehousing system framework through the data analysis of the tobacco product warehousing process and the system construction process;Secondly,the software and hardware configuration of the system was studied in depth,and STEP7V5.5was used to carry out the simulation experiment of the storage of parts smoke based on PLC control technology.The repeating code,error code and function of each system are explained in detail,and relevant procedures are designed.The design of the upper computer system has been completed to achieve real-time data transmission between PLC and shuttle bus,robot and stacker.Finally,the paper mainly studies the technology and scheme of warehouse automation management,and applies the RFID technology to warehouse physical management.The whole process of monitoring the operation of the box and the working state of the equipment can improve the efficiency of the warehouse management of the tobacco enterprise as a whole.The feasibility and effectiveness of the automation system scheme is verified by simulation experiments.On the basis of ensuring the accuracy and stability of control,the real-time data transmission of all systems is realized.
