Study On Structure Design Of Corset For Wedding Dress

The wedding garments are dressed mainly in the wedding ceremony and wedding photography.In this paper,women in marriageable age between 20 to 30 years old were chosen as a group of research object.The standard of beauty for human body shape is based on eight-heads tall and golden ratio in this paper.Seven human body measurements are involved in this standard.These data are measured by Scan Wor X software.At first,111 samples were chosen who are scanned by non-contact three-dimensional(3D)body scanner.Secondly,the outlier and distribution characteristics of gathered data were test.The relation between seven human body measurements was analyzed by mult-variable linear return analysis.The height,chest circumference and chest high have larger affect on the sample size than the other variables.Four types of shape were obtained according to indexes of body beauty.Compared these four types of shape with standard size,get the analysis results: the value of hip high both No.1 and No.3 need to reduce,the waist high and hip high of No.2 and No.4 need to reduce;the bust value of No.1 and No.4need to increase is identical,so as to No.2 and No.3;the waist value of No.1 and No.2 need to reduce,meanwhile increase the hip size;No.2 and No.3 only need to increase the hip value.All results show that the body correction scheme of No.1 and No.2 similar to No.3and No.4.The paper only analysis structures of No.1 and No.2.In this paper,both draping and flat pattern design were used in structural design.84 A mannequin was selected according to revised plan for shapes.At first,the mannequin was amended according to the No.1 shape.Secondly,operate draping at the mannequin amended the structure of chest and waist.The structure of hip was obtained using flat pattern design.The relationship of chest depth and chest was obtained as chest increase 5cm balanced,the chest depth would increase 1 cm.The chest depth of the No.1 is 21 cm,the value of No.2 is 23 cm,the difference of the two types is 2cm.The chest circumference increases 2.5cm only in breast,the chest depth will increase 1cm;the chest circumference increases 10 cm only in breast,the chest depth will increase 4cm.According to pattern,bust point increase 2cm,the center line of chest dart will increase 3cm,the volume will increase2 cm.The samples was made according to the structure design result.Then,the wear tests were test by diffrent subjects.The evaluation results as both kinds of samples have higher ratings in hip,waist and chest.But,the flatness on fit and the fit of edge are low.According to subjective evaluation,the molding effect of samples is ideal,but the flatness and fit need to improve.Increasing the number and strength of fishbone can improve flatness;the fit of edge need to improve the wadding material.
