The informology is a newborn popular discipline in the 21 century,the application of the information technology in traditional science changed the R&D model of traditional science,accelerated the development of the traditional science,and yielded some newborn disciplines,such as Bioinformatics and Chemical Informatics.As the implementation of materials genome Initiative,the development of material computing science and the popularization of high-throughput technologies,the requirements of the high performance of materials in all sectors,the amount of the materials data surge,and the demand for material data management system become more and more urgent.The rapid development of the industry require higher performance of the materials,in the situation of long research cycle traditional material research model and urgently need to change the material development model,the application of the information technology in the materials research,by analyzing,digging the basic material data and build the prediction model,will accelerate the step of the material research,materials informatics came into being.As a new interdisciplinary,the development of materials informatics is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Materials informatics science has not yet complete the theoretical architecture in the status research.In order to realize the establishment of the fundamental theory system of material informatics and the realization of the material informatics architecture,the following are the main contents:1,Researching on fundamental theory of materials informatics.This paper mainly researches the similarity between materials genome technology and human genome technology.Then introduces the definition of materials informatics,analyzes its scientific connotation,analyzes the main research contents of materials informatics,and finally studies the development trend of materials informatics.2,Put forward the theoretical architecture of materials informatics.This paper analyzes the whole process of its workflow,which contains data production,data collection,data storage,data processing and data presentation.And then reveals the relationship between the workflow and the knowledge system in the field of materials.The basic function of materials informatics is studied,including digital material design and the basic functions of material database.This paper presents a more completely materials informatics theoretical architecture,including equipment layer,data layer,storage layer,network layer,functional layer,application layer,user layer,and deeply research this seven levels.3,The collaborative innovation networks of material genetic is the implement carriers of the theoretical architecture of materials informatics.Firstly,the scientific connotation and data flow of the collaborative innovation networks of material genetic are analyzed.Secondly,this paper studies the architecture of the collaborative innovation networks of material genetic,namely,cloud-network-end architecture.And analyzes the important components of each part.Finally,analyzes the law of development of the collaborative innovation networks of material genetic and the key technologies needed for networks realization.The collaborative innovation networks of material genetic follows the law of the development of the network "Metcalfe law",and its development follows the network value shows exponentially grows with the development of web users.4,Realize the information collection tools Labpoo of material data.Firstly,this paper introduces the overall design architecture of Labpoo.Secondly,the interaction between the front end and the background server is studied,including the introduction of the API interface and the JSON format of the data transmission format.Finally,the main function of Labpoo and implementation process of every module are described in detail.
