Template method has the characteristics of easy manipulation with simple equipment,and can adjust the diameter and length of nanomaterial by changing the pore size and thickness of the template,which provides the basis for the preparation of nanomaterials.The combination of electrochemical deposition with the template method,single crystal silver nanowires and Fe nanowires,embedded in porus anodic aluminum oxide?PAA?template by a pulsed electrochemical deposition process,by controlling the reaction conditions.Solvent thermal assisted with ultrasonic treatment was used in single crystal nanowires to low dimensional,which transfomation the intrinsic properties of the nanoparticles,avoid the useage of adding dispersant surfactant in the reaction system and the complicated post processing in chemical synthesis in order to prevent nanoparticles aggregation.Scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,transmission electron microscopy?TEM?,ultraviolet visible absorption spectroscopy?UV-Vis?,X-ray diffraction?XRD?and energy spectrum?EDS?were used to characterize the obtained products.The main contents are as follows:?1?Silver nanowire arrays were prepared: first deposited a thin metal nanomaterials on one side of the PAA template?usually deposited metal Ag/Au,Ag deposition 13 min,Au deposition 10min?as the working electrode,then potentiostatic deposition of silver nanowires with the electrochemical pulse is-0.8V,28.7g/L Ag silver electrolyte electrolyte,to stop the current at a sharp rise in electrochemical deposition process,which prensents the deposition is completed.Remove the Ag working electrode by physical grinding,then the samples were dissolved in 3M NaOH dissolution hours to remove PAA template,using deionized water washed 35 times,after drying 12 h in vacuum dryer,the silver nanowire arrays was prepared.?2?Fe nanowire arrays were prepared: first of all,deposited a thin of metal on the one side of the PAA template?usually deposited metal Ag/Au,Ag deposition 13 min,Au deposition 10min?as the working electrode,then potentiostatic deposition of Fe nanowire?-0.9V?.Iron electrolyte: 7H2O/ 120g/L H3BO3,45g/L Vc,1g/L FeSO4.First,the deposition of 4min Ag,and then deposited Fe nanowires to stop current deposition decreased to 0 when deposition is completed,using physical methods to remove grinding Ag working electrode and sacrifice electrode silver,then the samples were dissolved in 3M NaOH shock dissolution PAA template,using deionized water washed 35 times,after drying into 12 h in the vacuum dryer,we obtained the Fe nanowire arrays.?3?The anodic alumina template with electrochemical deposition of nanowires prepared by solvothermal and ultrasound combined with the method of low dimensional nanowire,the prepared nanowires using electromagnetic stirring or mechanical mixing in the setting temperature,cooling to room temperature by natural,the electromagnetic stirring in the setting temperature obtained the samples were treated with ultrasonic at ultrasonic bath or ultrasonic probe,low dimensional nanowires can be processed into nanoparticles as we need.This method can convert a single crystal nanowire into a single crystal successfully.
