With China's economic growth,which is associated with a large consumption of energy resources,environmental pollution and resource depletion and other issues are also increasingly serious,resulting in a large number of greenhouse gas emissions,accordingly,the problem of carbon dioxide emission reduction brought by international pressure is more obvious.According to the International Energy Agency(IEA)preliminary data show that in 2016 global economic growth of 3.1%,carbon dioxide emissions of 321 tons,flat for three consecutive years,and China carbon emissions in 2015 to more than 100 tons,accounting for about 30% of the world,to become the world's largest country of carbon emissions.According to FAO statistics,carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions of agricultural production accounted for the world total 1/3 emissions of greenhouse gases,greenhouse gas emissions of agricultural production has become the second largest source of greenhouse gas emissions in the world.As a large agricultural country,China is bound to be extremely severe.In this context,this article from the perspective of the regional level of agricultural carbon emissions to explore,in order to provide a reference for regional carbon emissions.This paper chooses Shandong Province as an example,through the analysis of agricultural carbon emission source,estimate the factor evaluation of agricultural carbon emissions and agricultural carbon emission efficiency and effect of agricultural carbon emission efficiency,eventually found in Shandong province in the process of developing low carbon agriculture problems.Based on these problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of low-carbon agriculture in Shandong Province,which is of great significance to the development of low-carbon agriculture in Shandong province.This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and research significance of this paper,related to carbon emissions research at home and abroad are reviewed,and research methods used in this paper and the research content made a basic introduction.The second part is the introduction of the theory of agricultural carbon emission reduction,mainly introduces the theory of carbon emission efficiency evaluation,for the following empirical analysis of agricultural carbon emissions in Shandong.The third part analyzes the current situation of the development of agriculture in Shandong Province,and then divides the carbonemission sources of agricultural system in Shandong into ten categories,and calculates the carbon emissions of Shandong province from 2000 to 2015.The fourth part is the focus of this paper,based on the DEA method to construct the evaluation index system of agricultural carbon emission efficiency,the index system including a total of 5 input indicators and 2 output indicators and 1 non expected outputs,and then to the Shandong Province Agricultural carbon efficiency evaluation.In the evaluation process,first using the super efficiency SBM model in DEA of Shandong Province in 2015,agricultural carbon emission efficiency evaluation,and compare and 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions;then,using the Malmquist Luenberger index during the period of2004-2015 in Shandong Province Agricultural carbon emission efficiency of longitudinal analysis.The Shandong Province Agricultural carbon emission efficiency index is decomposed,analyzes the agricultural technology progress and technical efficiency changes in the development of Shandong province plays a role in low carbon agriculture.The fifth part is to analyze the factors that can affect the efficiency of agricultural carbon emissions in Shandong Province,and analyze the influencing factors by using multi-level analysis.The sixth part summarizes the current situation of agricultural carbon emissions in Shandong Province,the evaluation of agricultural carbon emission efficiency and the analysis of the influencing factors,and finally puts forward some countermeasures to reduce the agricultural carbon emissions in Shandong province.The last part is the conclusion and research prospect.First of all,this paper makes a summary of the research,and then puts forward the shortcomings of this study,and finally makes a brief plan for the next research direction.
